Axyn ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Account info: name, email, and password (hashed) you provide when registering.
Fitness profile: age, height, weight, goals, dietary preferences, training experience, and other information you provide to personalize your plans.
Activity data: workouts logged, meals logged, mindfulness sessions, progress photos (stored on device unless you back them up), and weight history.
Device data (optional): if you connect Apple Health, Strava, or Fitbit, we receive activity and health metrics you authorize.
Payment info: handled by Apple (iOS) or Stripe (web/corporate). We do not see or store card details.
Diagnostic data: basic analytics and crash reports to improve the app.

How We Use Your Information

To generate personalized workout, meal, and wellness plans using AI.
To track your progress and adapt plans over time.
To process subscriptions and manage your account.
To provide customer support.
To improve the Service.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service:

OpenAI: anonymized prompts to generate plans.
Apple, Stripe, RevenueCat: payment and subscription processing.
SendGrid: transactional emails.
Strava, Fitbit: only if you explicitly connect them.

Data Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We follow industry best practices to protect your data.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@axynaiwellness.com. You can also delete your account from within the app.

Children

Axyn is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Health Data

Health and fitness data is sensitive. We treat it accordingly and only use it to personalize your experience. Axyn is not a medical service — consult your doctor before starting any program.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
