Managing your subscription
Open the Axyn app → Profile → Manage Subscription. iOS subscriptions can also be managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Restore purchases
On the paywall screen, tap "Restore Purchases" to recover an existing subscription on a new device.

Cancellation
Cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account & password
Email support@axynaiwellness.com from the address on your account and our team will help you reset or recover access.
