These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Axyn mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Axyn ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Axyn you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Axyn offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Axyn is a fitness and wellness application. It is not a medical device or service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, have a medical condition, or are recovering from injury. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. AI-Generated Content

Workout, meal, and wellness plans are generated using AI and are intended as general suggestions only. They may contain inaccuracies. Use your judgment and consult professionals when appropriate.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, share your account, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
